Section Head - Business Excellence Function Plant Operations Pay Band M3 to M5 Role As the Section Head - Business Excellence you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Plant Head. The purpose of your role will be to Oversee & Lead business excellence initiatives like TPM, Lean manufacturing, IMS, Hero NEXT, Sustainability, Innovation, Technical capability building and deploy improvement projects across the plants to ensure operational excellence initiatives reduce cost, improve quality and enhance efficiency across the value chain. Also Identify & Implement the Best Manufacturing Practices at Plant to achieve Operational Excellence through use of World Class tools & techniques like TPM.
