Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly consolidation activities across multiple entities and investment structures.
• Evaluate and maintain accounting conclusions related to consolidation matters, including ASC 810 and variable interest entity (VIE) considerations.
• Prepare and review consolidation entries, eliminations, supporting schedules, and analyses supporting the close and reporting processes.
• Research, document, and support accounting treatment for complex and non-routine transactions
• Develop and maintain technical accounting policies and procedures in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Assist with the preparation and review of SEC filings and related financial statement disclosures.
