About the role
To assist the Secretarial Team regarding various Secretarial Matters (Listed, Public and Private companies and LLPs). This role requires the candidate to be well versed with legal provisions relevant to the Corporate Secretarial functions of a listed and Unlisted companies and should have a collaborative approach in owning up and discharging his/her responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Performing the overall Secretarial functions and Compliances with provisions of Listing Regulations / Company Law / SEBI Regulations / compliances of LLP;
Handling all Secretarial Compliances of listed entity, subsidiaries and promoter entities and all related activities thereto;
Preparation of Agendas and Minutes of the Meetings of Board of Directors, Committees, General Meetings, Postal Ballot Notices of companies and LLPs;
Drafting of resolutions including circular resolutions of companies, LLPs and trusts;
