- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents to facilitate smooth sales operations at the outlet.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including typing and distributing minutes.
- Maintain schedules and calendars, arrange and confirm appointments.
- Organize internal and external events.
- Handle incoming mail, manage filing systems.
- Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and liaise with internal and external contacts.
- Handle telephone calls, coordinating between project teams, documenting and filing, and managing daily correspondences.
Requirements

- Basic graduation in any discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the UAE in a similar position.
