Job Description

  • Responsible for maintaining financial records for Activity/Student Club funds
  • Assists in requesting leave and time and attendance information for staff when needed
  • Answers phone and supports Principal’s Office when needed
  • Reconciles monthly bank statements and prepares reports for board meetings
  • Prepares materials using Word or Excel as needed by school administration
  • All other tasks as assigned by Administration
