Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized Secretary / Assistant to provide direct support to the HR Manager. The main responsibilities include managing the HR Manager’s calendar, organizing meetings, following up on emails and tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative flow. This is an entry-level support role with a focus on coordination and communication.



Key Responsibilities:

•Manage and organize the HR Manager’s agenda and appointments.

• Schedule meetings, send reminders, and coordinate logistics.

• Monitor, organize, and follow up on emails and internal communications on behalf of the HR Manager.

• Prepare basic documents, reports, and notes as requested.

• Track and follow up on pending tasks or deadlines assigned to various teams.

• Maintain a simple filing system (digital and physical) for HR-related materials.
