Responsibilities

:
  • Manage and arrange daily schedule of management.

  • Arrange, organize and coordinate with other department or external parties for meeting and conference call for Management.

  • Handle day-to-day routine work with accuracy and efficiently.

  • Assist and manage additional tasks as assigned.

  • Provide administrative and clerical work in support for team member in department.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field.

  • At least 3-5 year of experience as an executive secretary.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills.

  • Good coordinator with related parties

  • Good command both spoken and written English.
