Job Description:

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Support engineer department (20 employees/engineers).
  • Request making quotation and some document to sales admin team belong to request of service department
  • Performs other related work which may be assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • At least with 1 year of secretary or administrative assistant experience
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to work independently
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Can work onsite, Muntinlupa City
