Job Duties
Provide all-round secretarial and administrative support to designated senior executive and department heads.Assist in appointment coordination with internal and external parties.Schedule, coordinate and organize events such as meetings, conferences as needed.Prepare the sub-contract consultancy documents and draft correspondences.Greet and handle phone calls for senior executive and department heads tactfully and skillfully.Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned. Diploma or above with formal secretarial and administration training.At least 6 years’ relevant working experience, preferably with experience in Construction / Engineering field.Proficient in MS Office and Word Processing.Good command of both written & spoken English.
