Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and legal support to lawyers
  • Prepare letters and other legal documents
  • Keep track of important deadlines
  • Monitor the progress of files and cases
  • Assist with motor accident and insurance claim matters
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum diploma
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience handling motor accident claims
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and able to work independently
  • A good team player with a positive working attitude
  • IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • 5 days work week
