Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and legal support to lawyers
- Prepare letters and other legal documents
- Keep track of important deadlines
- Monitor the progress of files and cases
- Assist with motor accident and insurance claim matters
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum diploma
- At least 2 years of relevant experience handling motor accident claims
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and able to work independently
- A good team player with a positive working attitude
- IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- 5 days work week
