Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant (professional services experience preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

Correspondence, Meeting & Diary Management

  • Manage correspondence and calendars using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proactively monitor and adjust schedules, resolve clashes, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand key stakeholder priorities and reflect them in effective diary planning.
