Job Description

  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to the managers.
  • Completing assigned day-to-day tasks, of a different kind.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings, and writing respective minutes and protocols.
  • Participating and supporting the manager in accomplishing the respective tasks, and managing the responsibility area, organization, or assigned projects.
  • Qualifications

  • Female.
  • 25-40 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 1-2 years working experience or a Minimum of 2 years experience, preferably in a multi-national Corporation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, proactive, efficient, and a good team player.
  • Basic English proficiency.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
