Requirements

:
  • High school diploma

  • Secretarial or IT courses considered an asset

  • Excellent knowledge of IT and office related technologies

  • Minimum two years' experience in a customer service and office work environment

  • Speak and write fluently in French and English

  • Excellent communication skills with clients of all ages and backgrounds, especially with senior populations

  • Knowledge of oral health issues in community settings

  • Flexibility to work evenings on an as needed basis

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to adapt and manage time conflicting priorities

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

  • Ability to respect confidentiality, related policies and legislation
