Insight Global is seeking a Modeling and Simulation Engineer to join our team for an exciting opportunity to work on a unique government contract. The contract assists in acquisition and technical sustainment engineering and will augment government resources. This individual will join a highly-skilled and technical team with their modeling and simulation efforts to complete the below tasks:
• Enhance and maintain high-fidelity flight simulation environments used for system-level analysis
• Update and support complex six–degree-of-freedom (6-DOF) models for dynamic system behavior
• Design, develop, and modify software tools to assess vehicle and system performance
• Conduct Monte Carlo and off nominal analyses to investigate performance anomalies and risk scenarios
• Perform mass properties and configuration assessments to support design changes and trade studies
