We are looking for a technician who is able to assist with an ad hoc role – this would be a Level 2 support role in Burnaby, BC.
Job Description :
- A dedicated technician to handle ad hoc requests as they come in
- This role requires someone who is confident, knowledgeable, and fully aware of both the actions they are taking and the communications they are delivering. The technician will be expected to assess requests accurately, respond appropriately, and represent the team with clarity and assurance.
