Smile Education is seeking a committed and confident Specialist SEN Teaching Assistant to join a well-regarded Secondary SEN school in Wolverhampton from January , working on a full-time basis.

  • Provide tailored support to students with a range of Special Educational Needs across Key Stage 3 through to 6th Form .
  • Confidently manage and de‑escalate challenging behaviour , using positive and restorative behaviour approaches.
  • Fully immerse themselves in school life , helping to create a supportive and engaging environment for all learners.
  • Bring a positive, resilient attitude to enhance students’ academic progress, confidence, and overall school experience.
