An Outstanding secondary school in Enfield is looking to appoint a Secondary Teaching Assistant from September. This full-time, long-term role is ideally suited to graduates in English, Maths, or Science who are considering teacher training and want to gain meaningful classroom experience before taking the next step in their career.
As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you’ll support students across KS3 and KS4, working both in lessons and through targeted interventions. You’ll gain exposure to outstanding teaching practice, build strong behaviour management skills, and develop a thorough understanding of life in a high-performing secondary school.
