Teaching Personnel are seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Support Assistant to join a specialist alternative provision in Bolton. This setting supports young people aged 11-16 who face barriers to mainstream education, including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, challenging behaviour, ADHD, Autism (ASC), trauma-related needs, anxiety, and difficulties with emotional regulation.
The provision offers a highly supportive and nurturing environment, focusing on re-engaging pupils with education, developing positive relationships, and equipping students with the skills and confidence needed to achieve positive outcomes both in and out of the classroom.
