Second Cook at Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites, 5875 Airport Road, Mississauga L4V 1N1.

A Second Cook will be responsible for the production and organization of the mise en place of the kitchen and help the First Cook.

What will I be doing?

  • Produce the Mise en Place for the Kitchen
  • Set up the orders for sales points
  • Ensure the organization and hygiene in the Kitchen
  • Prepare food using appropriate cooking techniques under the guidance of a supervisor
  • Store and check the validity of food
  • Assist other departments whenever necessary
  • During shift changes, transmit information to the new shift and review previous shift details
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
