WHAT’S THE JOB?
Based in a world class Horizon North camp facility, the regular shift for this position is 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, with 10 - 12 hour workdays. Transportation is provided to site from a pickup point.
The Second Cook is responsible for assisting in the overall kitchen operations and maintenance as well as cleaning and sanitizing of designated kitchen areas, tools, equipment, pots, and dishes.
This posting is for future opportunities within the company at our project in Moosonee, ON.
Your work will include:
- Ensure consistent quality standards in food preparation as per client’s requirements and safety and sanitation in kitchen in accordance with Food Safe protocol.
