Job Description

Ford Motor Company Mexico is seeking a Seat Complete Engineer to lead the integration of all seat system components from concept to industrialization. You will guide development, manage design verification and ensure compliance with SDS and regulatory requirements, coordinating with multiple teams and suppliers.

The role requires a mechanical/mechatronics/industrial background, strong English, and experience in seat design, FMEA and GD&T, with travel as needed to supplier sites and Dearborn.
