This role is essential to our guest experience from now through October and welcomes standout personalities. You will lead tastings, guide guests through our wine stories, and help with events while supporting retail operations and creating lasting memories. Being part of our 20th anniversary season means you'll also help newcomers discover the magic of wine.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and craft memorable tasting experiences
• Pour wines while following Serving It Right standards
• Share knowledge about our wines and region
• Support retail operations by processing transactions
• Provide information about the Wine Club options

• 19+ with valid Serving It Right certification
