• Implement directives from Vineyard Supervisor daily
• Transport seasonal crew to work sites
• Track workers’ hours and submit timecards
• Ensure adherence to OH & S practices
• Motivate crew to meet company targets
Requirements:
• 6+ years in viticulture required
• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent
• C or F driver license necessary
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• First Aid Certification is a must
