Search Manager (m/w/d) – SEO & SEA

Bring visibility into measurable success in both organic and paid search. Drive the entire customer journey across search channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage performance-oriented Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube); structure accounts strategically, optimize bidding strategies, and manage budgets.
  • Create holistic SEO strategies: keyword research, competitive analysis, on‑page optimisation, technical SEO (crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema markup).
  • Set up conversion tracking, configure Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Search Console; ensure clean data capture and collaborate closely with developers on technical implementations.
