Search Fund Summer Internship

RNP Growth is a Madrid-based search fund focused on acquiring and operating established businesses through succession. We are in the process of acquiring a luxury travel business.

We're looking for a sharp, curious intern to join for the first two months post-closing and work directly with the Managing Partner on the integration.

This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role at the intersection of operations, strategy, and organizational design — ideal for someone who wants real exposure to what happens after an M&A deal closes.

What you’ll do

• Map target company core operating processes across sales, finance, and HR
• Build a deep, role‑by‑role understanding of each employee’s day‑to‑day activities through interviews, shadowing, and observation
