Search Engine Optimization Manager

The SEO Manager owns and drives the SEO strategy for 123Dentist, ensuring best-in‑class technical SEO, local optimization, and content performance. This role will collaborate and work closely with cross‑functional teams like web development, content, social, & data analytics and the agency partners to deliver measurable growth in organic visibility and conversions. This role requires detail‑oriented, proactive, and an expert in data‑driven insights.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead the SEO Program for 123Dentist, covering both clinic websites and the brand site.
• Oversee and manage SEO agency/vendor partnerships, providing strategic direction, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
• Develop and execute advanced technical SEO strategies, ensuring site health, crawlability, and optimal page experience.
