Role overview
Own organic growth for a product-led SaaS (PLG) motion-driving users from Search + AI answers to self-serve signup/trial, improving activation, and increasing conversion to paid. You’ll lead SEO + AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) across technical SEO, content discoverability, and AI search visibility.
Key responsibilities
Build and execute the SEO + AEO strategy (technical SEO, on-page, content SEO, authority).
Drive PLG outcomes: improve organic → signup/trial conversion, and partner with Product to strengthen activation journeys from landing pages into product.
Conduct keyword + question research; build topic clusters aligned to ICP, jobs-to-be-done, and product use cases.
Own technical SEO: crawl/indexation, site architecture, CWV, redirects, canonicals, schema, sitemaps/robots, dup...
