As a Seafreight Operations Manager at Westwing, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and cost-efficient ocean freight flows across our international supply chain network. We are looking for a hands-on logistics professional with a strong operational and commercial mindset, who will take ownership of end-to-end seafreight execution and help shape scalable freight processes for our growing global sourcing footprint. This position is unlimited and located in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own and manage end-to-end seafreight operations from booking to arrival across key sourcing regions, including India and Asia
  • Coordinate and manage daily collaboration with shippers, freight forwarders, carriers, shipping lines, and consolidation partners to ensure reliable shipment execution and proactive issue resolution
