SDWAN Data Analyst

You will be responsible to manage the data being generated by the tools and determining a meaningful approach to the assessment of this data. A thorough approach to the aggregation of the data from the various clients and the establishment of patterns and trends to be able to enhance the SD-WAN (Software-Defined Networking) service being delivered. This will require a thorough interaction with the deployment and support team to identify items that could enhance the service quality.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop a detailed understanding of the data being collected by the tools in use
• Develop mechanisms to aggregate data from disparate systems to identify meaningful patterns
• Work with the technical teams to match issues with identified trends
• Develop dashboard views for client’s, support teams and technical specialists
