Pluxee is a global player in Employee Benefits and Engagement. As Product Owner – Spain you will act as the bridge between the Spanish market and our global product organization, ensuring local customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business priorities shape global product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Influence roadmap discussions, participate in discovery initiatives, and drive successful rollout and adoption of digital products in Spain.
• Represent Spain in global product strategy, capturing and synthesizing customer insights, market trends, and regulatory constraints.
• Translate business needs into product execution by producing high‑quality user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria, and defining country‑specific requirements.
