Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in supporting embedded software, firmware, or operating-system-level development teams . The role focuses on driving effective Scrum practices, optimizing cross‑team collaboration, and ensuring high delivery performance in a technically complex R&D environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Facilitate all core Scrum events and ensure effective team collaboration.
• Actively remove impediments, particularly regarding cross‑team dependencies in OS development.
• Coach the team in agile principles, continuous improvement, and flow optimization.
• Support backlog refinement and clarify low-level OS‑related work items.
