Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 7+ years of experience leading Agile teams in complex technology environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Scrum and Kanban methodologies, Agile coaching, stakeholder management, and experience supporting the delivery of Agentic AI, Generative AI, or AI-enabled products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement across multiple cross-functional teams.

• Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and delivery excellence.

• Remove impediments and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Implement and optimize Kanban systems, workflows, and WIP limits.
