This role will bridge internal execution teams and external vendors, ensuring that deliverables are integrated seamlessly into the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring experience in cloud migration, voice channel technologies (IVR/NLU), and the ability to work across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, as this position requires managing internal stakeholders while collaborating with third-party vendors.
