Experience Requirements
Associate to have a Scrum Master experience for a minimum of 8 years.
Should have a working experience with at least 10 team members in the corresponding Agile team.
He/She should have an experience in representing the team in Scrum of Scrums.
Should have an experience of handling the team which has both onsite and offshore team members.
Should be able to coordinate well with the Product Owner and other Agile team members.
