Required Skills & Qualifications



  • Overall 5 years of Agile experience, including 2 years as a dedicated Scrum Master

  • Technical background with experience in software development teams

  • Proficient in managing stories, risks, dependencies, and impediments in large-scale setups

  • Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills

  • Experienced in collaborating with stakeholders to resolve dependencies

  • Proficient in Jira and Confluence
