**Key Responsibilities**:
- Helps the team create high value products that by removing impediments, and protecting the team from distractions and complacency
- Coaches the team in scrum values and practices, empiricism, self-organization, cross functionality, continuous improvement
- Finds techniques for effective backlog management, and ensures the Product Owner knows how to arrange and forecast the product backlog to maximize value
- Facilitates and/or attends Scrum events as needed, and reinforces the teams agreed upon rules including the definition of ready and definition of done
