Scrum Master

Work setup: Hybrid (1-2x ONSITE a month)

Normal shift: 8am to 5pm

Hiring process: face to face interview (1 day hiring)

Salary range: 90k-100k

Experience Requirements: 3 years relevant experience

· Experienced Agile Coach/Scrum Master needed to further the use of Agile practices

· Ideal Coach will be a strong practitioner who with the skills to educate and help mature Agile teams.

· Coach should have an extensive track record of introducing best practices, overcoming challenges and ensuring that the team has all necessary skills to make them successful.

· Experience executing Agile projects in large, complex environments Extremely deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices

· World-class facilitation and communication skills

· Experience in Project Management roles (using Agile and Traditional methods)
