Role: Scrum Master
Job Summary:
Lead a cross‑functional Data Pod delivering small‑to‑medium data enhancements on a predictable cadence.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and maintain a prioritized backlog in ADO/GitHub. Apply T‑shirt sizing (S/M/L/XL); plan capacity against ~25 SU/sprint with a 20% buffer for support.
Remove impediments, optimize flow, and enforce DoD for ETL/ELT items prior to
external QA.
Track and report sprint KPIs (Intake responsiveness, Cycle time, FPQ, MTTR,
Timeliness).
Coordinate US‑hours overlap and stakeholder reviews; manage spillover within service bounds.
Partner with the BA and Tech Lead to balance scope vs. capacity and ensure predictable delivery.
