Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide the team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
• Remove obstacles and shield the team from external interruptions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well‑defined and prioritized backlog.
• Track and report on sprint progress, velocity, and other key metrics.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and company standards.
• Support cross‑functional coordination and communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
