Scrum Master

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must have had at least 2 years' experience in automation related projects and/or product development projects

· At least 5 years IT experience and at least 2 years leadership experience.

· Must have been a part of successful implementations of soft devt related projects and/or product development projects

· College/University Degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Business

· Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills

· Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict

· Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum

· Experience with successful Agile techniques

· Ability to work with and lead a team

· Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills

· Strong Experience in Project Management skills in a non-Agile environment preferred

· Scrum Master Certification Preferred
