Scrum Master

The Scrum Master is a servant-leader responsible for ensuring the team follows Agile values, principles, and Scrum practices. They facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and support the team in delivering high-quality outcomes without direct authority over members.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and promote Scrum best practices.
• Coach and guide the team toward higher Agile maturity while fostering a collaborative, self-organizing environment.
• Remove blockers, protect the team from scope creep and external disruptions, and ensure adherence to Definition of Done (DoD).
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to manage and refine the product backlog and support sprint planning and releases.
