Job Description
Location : Hyderabad
- 9+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, ideally in large‑scale data/analytics programs.
- Strong experience managing multi-squad Agile delivery and coordinating across global teams.
- Deep proficiency with Jira, Jira dashboards, cross-board dependency tracking, and release governance.
- Excellent communication skills—capable of presenting to Program Directors, Sr. PMs, Product Managers, and Executive stakeholders.
- Ability to work directly with customers, anticipate issues early, and drive alignment across teams.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Foundational understanding of Data Analytics, Data Engineering workflows, cloud data platforms, and modern data tooling.
