Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with advanced English skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and fostering a collaborative environment for our development teams. This role requires flexibility to work in alignment with Pacific Time Zone (PT) hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Serve as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to ensure smooth workflow.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog.
