Position Description:
Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for enterprise technology initiatives within a banking environment. This role will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, remove delivery impediments, manage sprint execution, and support the successful delivery of regulatory reporting and data-focused initiatives while promoting Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
+ 8+ years of Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience
+ 5+ years of banking industry experience
+ 5+ years supporting data-focused initiatives
+ Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies
