Scrum Master

We are seeking a Scrum Master with 4–7 years of experience to drive Agile delivery across key financial domains including Payments, Investor Services & Trade, Pricing & Billing, and Liquidity Management . The role focuses on facilitating high-performing teams, ensuring Agile best practices are followed, and enabling the successful delivery of complex, data and technology-driven initiatives within a financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide and coach teams on Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and continuous improvement .
• Remove impediments and ensure smooth progress of delivery.
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritise the product backlog .
