About the Job: We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong Release Management expertise to support a fast‑paced retail environment. This role will act as the Scrum Master for our retail client while also owning end‑to‑end release coordination across multiple projects and teams. The individual will ensure releases are well planned, controlled, and aligned with organizational release protocols, while maintaining clear communication with leadership and stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Own and manage release cycles for multiple recurring projects in the retail portfolio.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute weekly releases as well as ad‑hoc releases when required.
- Work closely with Scrum Masters from other teams to coordinate consolidated releases.
