· Around 5 years' of overall experience out of which minimum 4 years in SM s. Experience in change management, and different Agile and Lean approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, XP practices etc. (E)

· Critical Thinking generated by, observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, and communication. (E)

· Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, communication, facilitation, conflict management. and team building (E)

· Strong intercultural skills and experience from a multi-national environment (E)

· Experience with multi-function teams (E)

· Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in training (E)

· Fluent English written and spoken (E)

· Excellent Communication Skills (E)

· Certifications – SCRUM Master, Agile Coach, KANBAN Practitioner, SAFe
