Scrum Master

We are looking for a scrum master that has worked within the data space. It is for a financial services client they would be looking after 1 or 2 squads in the client's Data Office. They are not interested in a candidate without knowledge of data.

In terms of evaluation of candidate the customer is looking for:

Communication - succinct and brief

Data experience - in depth and comfortably speaks about their knowledge of data

Leadership style - create a safe space, find their own solutions, collaborative, and coach people to come to solution. Fosters open communication

Agile - should be able to describe benefits of scrum and deep knowledge of Agile practices (SAFe)
