Job Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for guiding 1-2 agile teams through agile development of operational baseline updates.
+ Facilitate all Scrum Meetings (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
+ Promote Agile principles and best practices within the team and across the organization.
+ Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
+ Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
+ Track team performance metrics and support continuous improvement efforts.
