Hybrid 2-3x per week in Toronto

Pay: $51/hr

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of overall professional experience.
• 2-3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a dedicated Agile delivery role.
• Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement sessions, quarterly planning, and sprint reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working across offshore and onshore teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly and contribute effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a collaborative, people-first approach.
